Townhouse in Ondara
170.000€
4 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms | 160m2 Build | 0m2 Plot
RS 5930
This townhouse, built in 2004 is located on the outskirts of Ondara town centre - enjoying the peace and quiet of being slightly outside of town, although all amenities, shops, bars and restaurants can be reached by foot. The property is distributed on 3 floors. The first floor consists of a bright and airy open plan living and dining room. Further into the property, the separate spacious kitchen with generous storage space, from here, the rear terrace is accessed. To complete this floor is a guest toilet.
The second floor comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double. The master bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom, and a Juliette balcony - whilst the other bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower. A second flight of stairs leads up the extremely spacious fourth bedroom which boasts it own small terrace overlooking the Segaria mountain.
This homely property also has a large garage, big enough to accommodate 2 cars - although it is currently used for storage and a utility area, due to there being enough street parking outside the house. There is double glazing, mosquito nets and persiana shutters throughout the house, along with central heating and hot and cold air-conditioning.

The town of Ondara lies to the north east of the Marina Alta and is a central point in road communications from north to south of the Mediterranean corridor (A-7,CN332), as well as from inland areas to the coast just four kilometres away. Its territory is practically flat, except in the district of the segaria mountain range. Ondara┬┤s bullring, in the avenue Dr. Fleming, is one of the most interesting monuments to visit. It was built at the end of the 19th century and includes structures in Arabic style, although only used now for the patron saint fiestas, which are celebrated on the second weekend of July. The main acts are the coronation of the "fiesta" queen and her court, the procession, the flower offering and the sung mass on the day of the Soledad, always on a Monday.
